Deejay Linx Partners Fleet Technologies on energy pin vending in Kaduna Electricity Distribution Zone.

Deejay Linx Resources has reached a partnership deal with Fleet Technologies Ltd on the vending of prepaid energy Tokens to the numerous customers of Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company (KDEDC). The partnership is to enable Deejay Linx and Fleet Tech efficiently distribute prepaid energy tokens to customers more conveniently through online/web portal, mobile, Scratch cards and Point of Sales(POS) Terminals at agent locations across the distribution zone .
Currently, KDEDC's business model does not accommodate customer access to Prepaid energy tokens 24/7. Most of the vending offices close shop at 4PM on weekdays, which leads to leakages in sales volume and revenue due to long hours that customers have to spend waiting for the vending offices to open on the next business day. Worst is on weekends where the prepaid vending offices open for few hours to attend to customers. ''Our market study revealed that these periods when customers cannot access prepaid energy tokens are usually the peak periods of energy consumption'' said Geoffrey Jonah, the CEO of Deejay Linx.
